Neighborhood and Community Services - Human Services Transportation has combined and expanded its transportation services into a new program called TOPS – Transportations Options Programs & Services
TOPS is available to qualified applicants so that they can travel affordably, safely, and independently. Participants will be issued a transportation debit card which may be used for:
Each participant will be eligible to load $100 twice a year onto their card at a cost of $20 each time.
